Rev. Dr. Gregory J. Zubacz, B.A. (Psychology/Criminology), LL.B., M. Cert. (Pastoral), B.Th. (Civil and Ecclesiastical), M.C.L/J.C.L., J.C.D., Ph.D.

Greg has worked in the regulatory and legislative fields for both the provincial and federal government, and acted as a consultant for the federal government.  His work experience includes being appointed by Order-in-Council as a Cabinet Secretary to the Regulatory and Legislative Review Committees for the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, as well as a federal appointment as an Officer of the Privy Council in Ottawa, Regulatory Affairs and Orders-in-Council Secretariat.  He also served as a senior analyst with Health Canada in Ottawa.  His experience in the areas of risk assessment, risk-based audit frameworks, financial policy, strategic planning, and program integrity and design has been extensive. Rev. Dr. Zubacz was ordained as a priest in 2004 for the Archeparchy of Winnipeg.  He has served as Defender of the Bond on the Marriage Appeal Tribunals in Ottawa and Winnipeg, and taught several courses on canon law at the Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky Institute at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Canada.  He is the author of The Seal of Confession and Canadian Law.

Presvitera Melita Mudri-Zubacz, B.Th. (Eastern Christian Studies), M.A. (Th.) (Eastern Christian Studies).
