OUR VALUES
The Sycamore Project aims to embody the highest ethics and values in serving its clientelle. To do so, we have adopted the following principles.
CONSULTING PRINCIPLES
-
We aim to serve leaders by assisting in their personal, spiritual and
professional development, and to empower them to call others forth in
loving service.
- We
appreciate that each situation, group, or organization is unique and
requires a distinct approach for leadership training and development.
-
We hope to provide leaders both with “tools” for their “toolboxes,” as
well as to facilitate their abilities to be the leaders they are called
to be.
- We
appreciate that personal and leadership development is a journey. We
are very aware of the privilege it is to journey with leaders and with
the people they service.
